I received my Registered Massage Therapist diploma from Sutherland-Chan and have a background in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. In my spare time I play a variety of sports, from racket sports (badminton, squash, pickleball, table tennis) to volleyball and paddling, as well as I do enjoy the occasional video game(s).

Having grown up paddling at a competitive level, I understand that rest is key for optimal recovery. I strive to utilize massage as an asset to assist with performance and recovery but also promote relaxation for the body.

The three treatments that I specialize in are: myofascial release, trigger point treatment and deep tissue work
