My Ideal Clientele:
I enjoy working with those who put their health first and take the time to take care of themselves. As a highly active individual, there is no “quick fix” to injuries and those with the right mentality understand that they need to keep a good routine with proper diet, exercise and hobbies to maintain a good work life balance. Consistency is key!
Top 3 Massage Treatment Specialties:
My specialties are trigger point therapy, dynamic release and fascial stretching techniques. I provide a rhythmic flow to help patients relax their body and feel comfortable within their treatment as well as work on affected areas for pain and stress relief.
Most proud of within RMT practice:
I enjoy working with the body and helping others achieve results within our massage treatments. I try to integrate my educational background in prescribing remedial exercises and stretches to assist others in maintaining a healthy body and encourage my patients to continue a healthy lifestyle through proper self-care, exercise and nutrition.
