Adelaide | Lynn (Li) Chen, RMT
I am a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a strong clinical focus on pain relief, neuromuscular therapy, and functional rehabilitation. I combine evidence-based manual therapy with a holistic, client-centered approach to help reduce pain, restore movement, and improve overall quality of life.
My background includes training in Dynamic myofascial release, Hot Stone Massage, Thai Massage, and advanced facial and fascial techniques, allowing me to adapt each treatment to the individual’s condition, using comprehensive techniques to achieve the desired therapeutic effect. I am passionate about delivering thoughtful, effective care that creates real and lasting change.

1. Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?
Patients choose me because I focus on identifying the root cause of pain rather than only treating symptoms. I take a thorough, clinical approach to assessment and treatment planning, and I customize each session based on the client’s posture, movement patterns, and specific condition.
Many of my clients experience noticeable improvement even after the first few sessions, and I emphasize long-term results through a combination of hands-on treatment, education, and home care recommendations. My goal is to help patients feel heard, supported, and confident in their recovery process.
⸻
2. What are the top 3 treatments that you specialize in?
My top three specialties are:
• Myofascial Release
• Trigger Point Therapy
• Neuromuscular / Deep Tissue Therapy with Joint Mobilization
These techniques are especially effective for chronic neck and shoulder pain, TMJ dysfunction, low back pain, and postural imbalances. I frequently combine these approaches within one session to achieve deeper and more sustainable results.
⸻
3. What are you proud of in your practice?
I am proud of consistently helping clients reduce pain, regain function, and return to their daily activities with greater ease. I place a strong emphasis on quality of care, clinical reasoning, and continuous learning.
I am also proud of building trusting, long-term relationships with clients who feel safe, respected, and supported throughout their healing journey.

4. Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?
I particularly enjoy treating:
• Chronic neck and shoulder pain
• TMJ dysfunction
• Low back and hip pain
• Postural and work-related strain
I enjoy these cases because they often involve clear biomechanical patterns, and with the right approach, clients can experience meaningful and measurable improvement. Seeing someone regain comfort, mobility, and confidence in their body is very rewarding for me.
