Yonge & Bloor | Anaya Jadhav, PT

Anaya Jadhav is a dedicated Registered Physiotherapist with a strong passion for helping people improve their health, mobility, and overall quality of life. This passion was the driving force that motivated her to pursue a career in physiotherapy, where she could make a meaningful difference in people’s recovery journeys. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, India, followed by a Master of Arts in Healthcare Leadership from Trinity Western University, Langley, BC. This blend of clinical expertise and leadership training allows her to provide patient-centred, evidence-based care while focusing on clear communication, collaboration, and long-term outcomes.Outside of physiotherapy, Anaya enjoys painting, baking, and hiking, which help her stay creative, active, and balanced. Having spent time living in British Columbia, she has developed a lasting love for good weather, and a view of the mountains — if there’s sunshine and a trail nearby, she’s probably already planning her next hike.
Why should patients choose me as their physiotherapist?
I believe that every physiotherapist brings their own unique skill set and strengths to patient care. If you choose to work with me, I offer a compassionate, attentive, and individualized approach to rehabilitation. I take the time to truly listen, identify the root cause of your symptoms, and create treatment plans that are tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and functional needs.I strongly believe in educating and empowering my patients, so you feel confident, informed, and actively involved in your recovery. My goal is not just to help you feel better in the short term, but to support long-term improvement by giving you the tools and knowledge to move well and prevent future injuries.
What am I most proud of in my practice?
I am proud of creating a welcoming and supportive environment where my patients feel heard, respected, and valued. I take great pride in helping patients truly understand their condition and in equipping them with practical tools and strategies for long-term self-management, injury prevention, and continued improvement beyond the clinic.I am also deeply proud of the capabilities of my hands—being able to use manual therapy to help people reduce pain, restore movement, and regain function is incredibly meaningful to me. Most of all, I am proud to be part of the healthcare profession, as it allows me to take a holistic approach to care and support my patients not just physically, but in feeling better, stronger, and more confident overall.
What are the top 3 treatments that I specialize in?
My clinical focus includes musculoskeletal assessment and rehabilitation, manual therapy combined with therapeutic exercise, and pain management with functional movement retraining. My approach integrates hands-on care, personalized exercise programs, and patient education to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve overall function.
Which cases do I enjoy treating, and why?
I particularly enjoy treating musculoskeletal and movement-related conditions because they allow me to combine clinical reasoning, hands-on treatment, and active rehabilitation. These cases often show visible, progressive results, which is incredibly motivating for both my patients and me. Helping someone move from pain and limitation to improved strength, confidence, and independence in their everyday life is what makes my work truly rewarding.
