Why should patients choose you as their provider instead of others in the area?
I specialize in a full-body approach in manual therapy that emphasizes the relationship between the structure and function of the human body. I take the time to assess and treat the body thoroughly in my sessions to help you reach your goals and tailor every treatment specific to my patients needs. I believe Osteopathy is a great form of treatment to restore motion and mobility to all areas of the body and most importantly, anyone can benefit from it!

What are the top 3 treatments that you specialize in?
I specialize in Myofascial Release, Post-isometric Relaxation and Reciprocal Inhibition technique. These techniques allow my patients to feel relaxed during their session and can be applied to any condition of your concern.

What are you proud of in your practice?
I take pride in my thorough assessments and in using a wide array of manual approaches in my treatments to reduce and resolve pain, dysfunction and restrictions in all areas of the body. I also take pride in using a gentle approach so the patient can feel relaxed during her treatment and leave the session feeling “lighter”.

Which cases do you enjoy treating? Why?
I am very passionate about people’s overall health and wellness by treating the whole body, not just a specific condition they may have. By increasing physical mobility and improving the circulation of blood and lymphatic fluids, I am able to facilitate the body’s ability to self heal and regulate through gentle manipulation, allowing your body to rebalance itself.
